RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery. 
  2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her bank account only, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
  4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
  5. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Our courier partner will contact you for the pickup. 
  6. Note: For replacement, kindly mail us at thewalkdeal@gmail.com or contact us at our customer care number 0731-4053553 . 
  7. In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purposes. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
  2. All refunds will be credited in your bank account only.
  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long the refund procedure takes?

  1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
